Customer Service Agreement
Effective Date: 03/15/2026
This Client Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Big Sky HR Solutions (“Consultant”) and the client (“Client”) who engages Consultant for Human Resources consulting services. By engaging Consultant, the Client agrees to the following terms:

1. Scope of Services
Big Sky HR Solutions provides HR consulting, guidance, and project-based services to support business operations, compliance, employee management, and HR system development. Services may include:

HR Support Plans
-
HR Quick Consultations
-
Recruiting Support
-
HR Projects (handbooks, policies, audits, onboarding programs, etc.)
The scope of services will be clearly outlined in proposals or agreements prior to commencement of work.

2. No Legal Advice
Consultant is not a licensed attorney and does not provide legal advice. Any guidance or recommendations provided are general HR guidance. Clients are responsible for obtaining independent legal counsel for employment law matters, contracts, terminations, or other legally sensitive issues.

3. Client Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for decisions made regarding hiring, performance management, terminations, workplace policies, compliance, and implementation of recommendations. Consultant is not liable for outcomes resulting from client decisions.

4. Payment Terms

Services will be billed as outlined in proposals or agreements.

Deposits may be required for project-based work.

Monthly support plans are billed in advance.

Payment is due prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed.

5. Confidentiality
Consultant will treat all client information shared during services as confidential. However, information submitted through website forms or email prior to a formal agreement is not guaranteed confidential.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Consultant shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or reliance on information provided.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement in writing. Fees for services already provided are non-refundable.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana.

9. Acceptance
By scheduling or engaging services with Big Sky HR Solutions, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Client Service Agreement.
