At Big Sky HR Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality Human Resources consulting services and professional guidance to our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding payments and refunds for services purchased.
Consulting Services
Payments made for consultations, HR support plans, or project-based services compensate for professional time, expertise, and preparation. As such, consulting services are generally non-refundable once services have been delivered.
If a consultation has been completed, refunds will not be issued.
Cancelled or Rescheduled Consultations
Clients may reschedule a consultation if notice is provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
If a consultation is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or if a client does not attend the scheduled meeting, the consultation fee may be forfeited.
Big Sky HR Solutions may allow a one-time rescheduling at its discretion.
HR Support Plans
Monthly HR support plans are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Clients may cancel a monthly plan at any time by providing written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Refunds will not be issued for services already provided or for the current billing period.
Project-Based Services
Project-based services (such as employee handbooks, compliance audits, policy development, or other HR projects) typically require time, research, and preparation.
Deposits or payments made toward project work are non-refundable once work has begun.
If a project is cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of Big Sky HR Solutions.
Exceptional Circumstances
If a client believes there has been an error in billing or a service concern, they are encouraged to contact Big Sky HR Solutions to discuss the matter. We aim to address concerns professionally and fairly.
